Why Empty Mapping?

Empty mapping establishes the baseline temperature profile and airflow pattern. It helps identify where loaded operation, monitoring sensors, and operational controls need additional attention.

Prove Performance Under Real Use

Evaluate performance with approved storage configurations:

Airflow Disruption vs. Thermal Mass

An airflow-disruption study makes temperature effects visible quickly using a representative, low-thermal-mass load. A thermal-load study is appropriate when product mass, packaging, or recovery behavior is a defined quality risk.

Disclaimer

Client-Provided Test Load Disclaimer

The client is responsible for identifying, approving, staging, and maintaining the test load. Before deployment, the client approves a Load Definition Form specifying test objectives, dimensions, fill level, and thermal mass. Nexus documents and executes the study as defined.

Fixed-Price Condition

The fixed price applies to one contiguous zone, one temperature range, and one approved load configuration. Scope changes after protocol approval require written re-approval.
